"I CALLED ON A SUNDAY AND WAS GREETED VERY PROFESSIONALLY. I ANSWERED A FEW QUESTIONS AND HVAC TECHNICIAN (CODY) CAME OUT QUICKLY. HE HAD GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT ME INFORMED ABOUT EVERYTHING HE WAS SEEING, DOING AND SUGGESTING. WITH NO SIMPLE FIX THE TECHNICIAN TALKED ME THROUGH POTENTIAL OUTCOMES AND POTENTIAL PRICES. I WAS OFFERED PORTABLE COOLING UNITS AND SOMEONE WILL BE OUT TOMORROW TO DISCUSS SEVERAL OPTIONS TO REPAIR OR REPLACE MY UNIT. OUTSTANDING SERVICE."
