"My AC stopped working efficiently just as I was having company arriving later in the evening. Never having had an emergency service call, I reached Dan in Ocala, Florida. He helped me check my unit with several helpful suggestions and finally I decided I needed Dan to make the service call. He arrived promptly and was able to fix my system before my company arrived. Dan explained what was wrong with the system and fixed it professionally. Overall and outstanding customer experience."

"My system was down. It was beyond the basics. Dan G. and Drew R. from Onehour arrived on time as scheduled to my house. 2 of the nicest Technicians you will ever meet. They answered my questions, I asked a lot! They found the 2-issue causing my heat and AC not to run very quickly and corrected it. The pricing was very reasonable. They are my first recommendation to anyone that asks as I recommend highly. I am a happy and now comfortable customer."

"Mr Reedy was on time, went directly cking outside unit. Then came in and ck the inside unit. He even flushed the ac drain which I do monthly. He changed the filter for me. I was very pleased with his courteous manor and his dedication to doing a good job in a timely Manor. Thank you."
